Accident. The US infrastructure is in serious trouble but for some reason it is not a priority to spend money on this. It’s not a new thing either, when I was living in Jersey I would often go to New York City, there was a section of the Cross Bronx Expressway interchange that went over the East River that had chicken wire underneath to keep chunks of concrete from falling onto the cars below.

i live near Minneapoils and everyone is pretty shook up and are just trying to get people out…but many people say there was no explosion and last weekend it was closed for repairs..

Of course there’s bound to be a lot of chaos when such tragedies happen, such as this one, but I’m thinking it was poor engineering or structual problems, that caused this bridge to collapse. So far, there are three known fatalities.
